Develop an iconic brand identity for United Colors of Fashion (UCOF) within a crowded non-profit marketplace, with the goals of appealing to new supporters and sponsors, while also resonating with the youth UCOF strives to empower.

Primary Logo
A serif typeface with a high fashion feel was key to UCOF’s credibility as a fashion authority.
The graphic thread represents the unity that UCOF creates between under-resourced youth and the fashion industry. The various bright colors in the logo reveal the youthful, optimistic and global spirit of the brand.

The button and needles represent the tools UCOF provides in order to empower youth to achieve their goals through fashion. Two needles are used to signify UCOF’s two core initiatives: Fashion Education and UCOF Cares.

Mantra
UCOF’s mantra effectively encapsulates its two core initiatives. Through its Fashion Education and UCOF Cares programs, UCOF leverages fashion to improve education and health for youth both locally and globally. Ultimately, using fashion to empower youth to achieve their career and personal aspirations.
